// most delicious smoothie//

So for the past couple months I’ve been making a smoothie to kick off my morning. It is delicious and healthy and gives me lots of nutrients and energy, so I just have to share.

First of all, I buy vanilla yogurt (any kind..greek is delicious) and I put it in cupcake tins to freeze individual servings to go in the smoothie. I don’t usually measure anything, so I am just guessing below:

1 serving of vanilla yogurt
3-5 whole strawberries
handful of blueberries
1 banana
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of oatmeal (or more if you like!)
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of orange metamucil (i know that sounds weird, but i don’t get enough fiber in my every day diet, so i add a bit into the smoothie. the orange flavor tastes just like tang, and metamucil is a thickener, so it gives the smoothie a really great texture and makes it super thick)
1/2 cup of orange juice

Try it out sometime!! The peanut butter, oatmeal, and hemp seeds give great energy that lasts, and the fruit gives me a nice kick to get the day started. Sometimes I will add in kale or spinach to get my greens for the day.
