most delicious smoothie
So for the past couple months I’ve been making a smoothie to kick off my morning. It is delicious and healthy and gives me lots of nutrients and energy, so I just have to share.
First of all, I buy vanilla yogurt (any kind..greek is delicious) and I put it in cupcake tins to freeze individual servings to go in the smoothie. I don’t usually measure anything, so I am just guessing...

This past week i had my internship or school (or both) for 7 days straight. I only got home before 9pm one night, and I was up by 6 nearly every morning. I am pooped! But this week I received a lot of support spilling out of the heavens and the lovely people in my life. It feels amazing to do something fulfilling and enriching every day.
